With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 11 May 1991, Attestation, Geneva Certificate of Origin dated 1 May 1989, two sales tags, commemorative medallion, instruction manual, product literature, leather envelope, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
Fresh to the market, the present reference 3960 is preserved in excellent condition.
The celebrated "Officier" model was made to commemorate Patek Philippe's 150th Anniversary in April 1989. It was made in a limited edition of 2000 pieces in yellow gold, 150 pieces in white gold, such as the present lot and 50 pieces in platinum.
The "Officier" model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 123.
