A rare watercolour by Brunias, depicting one of his employer Sir William Young's properties on St Vincent. Compare with the two large sheets by Brunias depicting Sir Patrick Blake's Sandy Point Estate on St Christopher (Christie's London, 17 Sept. 1998, lots 43 and 44, sold 32,200 and 17,250 respectively).
