woodcut, 1936, on thin fibrous laid paper, a good, rich impression, but with the upper right cloud very thinly inked, with narrow margins, a deckle edge above and below, generally in good condition
B. 505 x 367 mm., S. 523 x 385 mm.

From the artist's estate, with the estate stamp of the Basel Kunstmuseum verso (H Dre/Bh 2 DII).
Retained by the family, then by descent to the present owner.
