The crown-shaped corona with six ball-filled chains issuing a circular ring with pierced gothic tracery, brattishing and enamel panels depicting fruiting vine, applied with faceted coloured glass bosses, trefoil and flower heads, within twelve turned arms with pierced circular drip pans

Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin (1812-1852) was an English architect and designer and especially known for his work in the Gothic Revival style. He designed several churches and mansions in England and co-designed the Palace of Westminster in London.
