專家說明

Several clockmakers called Buzot are recorded in Paris at this time. This clock may be the work of Jean-Charles Buzot, apprenticed to Berthoud in 1754 and recorded in rue de la Huchette that year (a maker of clock springs) but was most likely made by Joseph Buzot, mâitre in 1770, recorded at Quai des Grands Augustins 1772, Cité in 1783 and rue des Petits Carreaux in 1789.
