Richard Edward Miller (1875-1943)

Dr. George Byron Hayes, an American dentist, was awarded the Chevalier of the Legion of Honor by the French Government for his assistance during World War I. He was also awarded the Distinguished Service Medal from the United States Government for his exceptional service during the conflict.
