A WRIGGLE-WORK ENGRAVED PEWTER DISH

The hallmarks of an English unrecorded maker on the rim do not equate with the Continental looking touch marks adverso or the style of wrigglework decoration. Perhaps the plate is English and exported to Holland where it was struck with a touch mark and engraved.
