Numerous details of the watch reflect the aesthetics and technical features of racing cars. Witness the screws on the removable bezel, which are not hexagonal, but instead shaped like cylinder head screws; the crown is reminiscent of a wheel axle; the chronograph pushers resemble cooling flaps; and the rotor of the movement like a clutch disc.
