Each painted in the Gelbe Löwe pattern popularized at Meissen with a tiger circling a bamboo tree at the left, flowering chrysanthemum issuing from banded hedges at the right, the border of the soup plate painted with trailing flowers and with 'Three Friends' within rocaille-molded cartouches alternate with diaper-pattern panels and trailing vine, shaped brown line rim, the pentafoil borders of the two dessert plates with narrow bands of iron-red trailing flowering vine, dark red line rims
