The present work is edition 1 in a cast of 8 and is signed with initials and numbered 'RC 1/8' (on the underside, covered by the wooden base). It was sold by Hanover Gallery, London in 1957 to Lord Kenilworth. We are very grateful to the artist for providing this information.
