Sir John Fellowes was born in 1670 and became a director of the South Seas Company and was created a baronet in January 1719. This set must have been ordered in 1719 or 1720 as he was heavily implicated in the crash of the Company in the summer of 1720, and as the set would not have ordered later than this date.
