Attributed to Gabriele Bella (Venice, 1730-1799)

Bella is best known for his remarkable series of canvases of Venetian festivals and ceremonies in the Palazzo Querini-Stampalia. Unlike more familiar vedutiste he seems to have worked for local patrons with a particular interest in such events.
