專家說明

George Frost was an admirer of Thomas Gainsborough and a friend of John Constable. He was an amateur artist and his landscape subjects are largely based around Ipswich and the surrounding countryside. The majority of his work is executed in black chalk and grey wash and stylistically show the influence of Gainsborough.
