Dame Elisabeth Frink, R.A. (1930-1993)

Throughout her career Frink made representations of animals and birds. Her approach to dogs, like all her animals, avoids sentimentality. Not allied to one particular breed they are an essence of canine characteristics; alert, expectant and fiercely loyal.
