Comprising: twelve dessert-spoons, twelve dessert-forks and twelve dessert-knives, the spoons each with reeded border and trefoil scroll top, the reverse finely chased with Chinese figures with scroll surrounds, the three-pronged forks and scimitar bladed knives each with ferrules chased with animals and birds and gilt heightened porcelain cannon handles painted in the imari palette with under glaze blue scrolls, iron-red flowerheads and green leaves, enriched in gilding and with a button terminal, the spoons and forks each marked on the back, the knives apparently unmarked, contained in a contemporary fitted shell shaped black leather case with a fitted green silk interior
