MARK OF 11TH ARTEL, 1908/17,
The lobed sides with flowers in shaded blue, green & pink within stippled gilt arches framed in powder blue enlivened with gilt dot & dash motifs, the lower body with alternate cream & powder blue boat-shaped panels decorated with pink pebble motifs, the foot with cut-out semi-circles, decorated with flowers on a turquoise ground edged above with white bead border, gilt interior, 3 in. diameter (7.8 cm.), 2 1/8 in. high (5.5 cm.).
