The cinquefoil frame on four shell and scroll feet, with shaped ring handle, the frame with five supports and two bottle stoppers, fitted with one large and two smaller silver casters, and two cut-glass bottles with silver stoppers, the frame, casters and bottle stoppers each later engraved with a cypher below a baron's coronet, marked underneath, on handle, on base and cover bezel of each caster and on each bottle stopper, the base further engraved with a scratchweight '45=7'

41 oz. (1,273 gr.)
The cypher is that of the Barons Ashburton, perhaps for Louisa Caroline Baring (1827-1903), second wife of William Bingham Baring, 2nd Baron Ashburton (1799-1864).
