Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with pink dial and applied gold numerals in 1944 and its subsequent sale on 4 May 1944. It has never been offered in public before and is believed to be one of only eight examples of this reference in pink gold and with calibre 12'''120 movement to appear at auction to date.

Production of the famous Calatrava model with reference 96 was launched in 1932. In 1950 it was replaced by reference 2457.
