Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming manufacture of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 9 October 1972.

Reference 3579 was in production only during a short period in the early 1970s and available with blue or silvered dial.

The present watch is one of six examples of this reference to appear in public to date.
