With nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, black matte dial with applied square numerals on outer white chapter ring with red fifths of a second divisions, luminescent hands, three engine-turned white subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, tonneau water-resistant-type case with the bezel calibrated for 200 units per hour, screw back and screw-down crown, case, dial and movement signed, with a stainless steel Rolex Jubilee bracelet and deployant clasp

Accompanied by Rolex green leather-covered box and instructions.

Introduced at the end of the 1960s, the reference 6262 featured the new and more precise caliber 727. Rolex continued its production until circa 1972.
