With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, mono-metallic compensation balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, silvered matte dial with applied baguette and square-cut diamond numerals, subsidiary seconds, circular case with down-turned stepped lugs overlapping the bezel, case, dial and movement signed
32mm diam.

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture of this wristwatch with diamond indexes as 1951 and its subsequent sale on November 15th of the same year.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 2429 in 1948 and continued its manufacture until at least 1953. To the best of our knowledge, this watch represents one of only 10 examples of the reference 2429 known to the market.
