a pair of early 20th century leather-covered brass binoculars signed on the eyecups 'IRIS PARIS, 2¼in. (5.7cm.) objectives, focusing wheel between the barrels -- 6¼in. (15.9cm.) extended (some wear, focusing mechanism defective)

Arthur Edward Harbord (1883-1962), and thence by descent to the present owner.
