One of the most coveted edition of the Hermès Birkin in Christie’s auctions is none other than this Limited Edition Faubourg Sellier Birkin. It’s inspired by the heritage of the legendary flagship boutique located at 24 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. The first two Faubourg Birkin produced in 2019 featured Day and Night colorations in Gold and Blue, followed by two new versions: So Black and Snowy White in 2021. This unique creation mimics the Maison’s daytime facade with creative craftsmanship and vivid imagination. Designed with both heritage and modernity in mind, collectors will love the masterful details in the structure such as the windows and awnings crafted from exotic skin and multiple calf leathers. The clochette is made with orange leather as a tribute to the classic orange shopping bag. The Faubourg Birkin also features two new innovations including a 20cm size and construction of the Birkin Sellier.
