ATTRIBUTED TO CHONG SON (KOREA, 1676-1759)

Chong Son, one of the great artists of the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910), is known as the preminet painter of the new "true-view" landscape that emerged in the early eighteenth century. So-called true views imply that the artist was observing nature directly.
