专家说明

Ce dessin précédemment attribué au Dominiquin a pu être rendu à Giovanni Francesco Grimaldi grâce au rapprochement avec deux autres versions similaires, l’une au British Museum (inv. At-10-58 ; voir N. Turner, Roman Baroque Drawings, c. 1620 to c. 1700. Italian Drawings in the Department of Prints and Drawings in the British Museum, Londres, 1999, p. 95, no. 144 (58)), et comportant une inscription au dos ‘Grimaldi, & etched by him’ qui laisse à penser que l’artiste grava ensuite sa composition dessinée ; et la seconde exposée par G. Neerman (Il Paesaggio italiano nel Disegno dal XVI al XVIII secolo, cat. exp., Rome et autres lieux, Stabilimento A. Staderini, 1974, no. 15) et portant une inscription ‘Francesco Bolognese fecit’.
