专家说明

Huang Jie was a poet, journalist, historian, revolutionary, and a master Sinologist. His poetic composition combined the styles of the Tang and Song tradition, and was quite popular at the time. At the end of the Qing dynasty, he founded the Sinology Preservation Society with Zhang Taiyan (1868-1936) and a few others. After the establishment of Republic of China, he joined the Nanshe society and taught at Peking and Tsinghua University. From 1928 to 1929, he served as Education Department Director at the Guangdong Provincial Government.
