Tasting note: The Lanson 1979 emanates a copper gold colour. Candied fruit, mirabelle and confectionary aromas, blend harmoniously with sweet, spicy notes. The initial impact is gentle, developing into spicy and candied fruit notes. All though the effervescence has faded, there is good length to the wine. 48% Chardonnay, 52% Pinot Noir.
