3 designs from the series Portraits as True Likenesses in the Moonlight (Makoto no tsuki hana no sugata-e)

Each woodblock-printed and featuring the actor in a roundel and and also in silhouetted profile, accompanied by a poem by the actor, the designs comprising:

1. The actor Bando Kichiroku I, signed Ikkeisai Yoshiiku hitsu, published by Hirookaya Kosuke, 1867, 4th month
2. The actor Onoe Taganojo II, signed Ikkeisai Yoshiiku shasei, published by Hirookaya Kosuke, 1867, 3rd month
3. The actor Sawamura Tanosuke III, signed Ikkeisai Yoshiiku sha, published by Hirookaya Kosuke, 1867, 3rd month
Each vertical oban (approx. 36.8 x 23.8 cm.)
