The independent watchmaker, Svend Andersen has been creating watches for more than four decades. He began his training at Patek Philippe for nine years and in the late 70’s he established his first workshop known as Andersen Genève. From then on he started manufacturing high quality watches for collectors while setting horological world records such as developing the smallest annual calendar watch that is the size of a match head.
The present lot belongs to a collection by Andersen known as the Eros XL model. This collection of watch contains an erotic automaton on the case back. The automaton mechanism can be activated through the button on the band. Among all the erotic automaton in the market, the Eros XL model can be easily rated as the most complicated of all.
