The present watch is in very good overall condition and is fresh to the auction market.
Reference 4860, featuring the slim elongated "Officier-style" lugs, was conceived as the lady's equivalent to Patek Philippe's celebrated anniversary reference 3960. The latter was launched to commemorate Patek Philippe's 150th Anniversary in April 1989.
