signed in Cyrillic and dated '7-8 June 1924/E. Lansere' (lower right); with inscription and number '5. Tiflis/Un coin perdu de la Ville' (on the mount)

A gift from the artist to Professor Nikolai Okunev (1885-1949) (stamp on the backboard).
Acquired from the grandson of the above by the present owner circa 1990.
