With stunning looks, the present Rolex, with its playful turquoise lacquered "stella" dial adorned with ten diamonds, is without doubt a very appealing and rare "Day-Date" example. Lacquered dials of vibrant colours, such as this one, are known among collectors as "stella dial" from the Italian word for star.
