Mechanical jewelled lever movement, dial with balance wheel to the bottom and winning poker cards to the top, circular case, onyx-set crown, glazed display back secured by four screws, the whole watch hinged to a large silver circular base divided into sections, each bearing a symbol of a suit, covered with red and black enamel, hinged silver Joker head decorated with black and red enamel, dial and movement signed
