Slightly corroded capsules. Very badly bin-soiled labels, five damaged, all readable. Levels nine 4 to 5 cms below the cork, one 6 cms below the cork and one 7 cms below the cork
Tasting note: One bottle opened by Christie's staff with a 7 cms level in remarkable condition.
Intense warm orange/red colour. Sweet fragant bouquet with a mouth filling flavour. The excellent state of this bottle not only showed that this was a great vintage but also the very good storage conditions ensuring all bottles to be at least on same level.
