Another rare locally-printed broadside, listing the club's patrons, committee members and officials, as well as the 16 rules. Henry William Tancred M.P. (1781-1860), who heads the list of patrons, became M.P. for Banbury in December 1832, and left Parliament in 1859. The printing style suggests this broadside appeared early on in his political career.
