Griffin, New York County Public Administrator, by the authority given her under Letters of Administration issued by the Surrogates Court of the State of New York, County of New York. No claim has been asserted by any person or entity contesting the Estates ownership of this work.

As part of the due diligence process, the Public Administrator has arranged for the buyer to receive at no additional cost an art title insurance policy (ATPI-R) issued by ARIS Title Insurance Corporation.
