专家说明

Printed in New York at Stanley William Hayter's studio, Atelier 17, the ambiguous composition of Correspondances dangereuses with its suggestion of multiple figures in conflict, stemmed from Hayter's encouragement that the artist return to semi-autonomist techniques and improvisiational proccesses. The Brunidor Portfolio united the work of the seven outstanding surrealists located in New York: Ernst, Hayter, Lam, Matta, Miró, Seligman and Tanguy.
