FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY FROM CHURCHILL TO SIR EDWARD MARSH, inscribed on half-title: 'To Eddie from Winston October 1937'. During the years Churchill was in office, Sir Edward Marsh, or Eddie Marsh, was Churchill's private secretary and right hand. Woods A43(a).
