专家说明

The baroness Hélène d'Oettingen was a painter and writer whose famous salons at 229 Boulevard Raspail brought together her cousin, Serge Férat, her lover, the artist Léopold Survage and other artists and intellectuals including Apollinaire, Amedeo Modigliani and Max Jacob.

Born the illegitimate daughter of a Polish countess, her father was rumoured to be the emperor of Austria. When painting, the baroness called herself François Angibout whilst her noms de plume were Roch Grey and Léonard Pieux.
