Of typical form, the central roundel with a pierced fleur-de-lys on a circular base with three paw feet
19¾ in. (50.5 cm.) high

Probably supplied to Colonel Robert Myddelton Biddulph (d.1872) for the newly-completed Pugin-designed corridor in the Family or East wing at Chirk Castle, Wrexham, Denbighshire.
