"Predictably deep colour; soft, rich, meaty nose; well stacked, indeed laden with alcohol and fruit, its extract masking substantial tannin. An extremely high mark at the Bin Club tasting: soft, lovely nose; (surprisingly) elegant, stylish, good flavour and length. Not tasted since June 1992. Then *(****) Should be lovely now."
