The following three watches, lots 253 - 255, are fine examples of Urban Jürgensen's celebrated "Reference 2" models. Made to special order for a discerning collector of Jürgensen watches in 1988 and all numbered 001, the watches are cased in the three available case materials yellow gold, pink gold and platinum and preserved in like new condition.

Reference 2 was made in small series only. Connoisseurs are particularly attracted by the model's simple and practical dial layout displaying the full perpetual calendar functions beautifully and elegantly.
