PRABHAKAR KOLTE (1936-1995)

At first sight Kolte's paintings are abstract representations differing in their in monochromatic color schemes, but at closer inspection the lines and colors unintentionally provoke the viewer into seeing fragments of an imaginary landscape or reminiscences of architectural forms.
