专家说明

F.D. Wilson of the Hudson's Bay Company was a signatory of Treaty No. 8 at Vermilion on July 8, 1899. Treaty 8 ceded Indian territory in Alberta to the Crown, "so that there may be peace and good will between them and Her Majesty's other subjects, and that Her Indian people may know and be assured of what allowance they are to count upon and receive from Her Majesty's bounty and benevolence."
