Federico Andreotti (Italian, 1847-1930)

Federico Andreotti was born in Florence in 1847. He studied at the Academy of Art in Florence.
Andreotti's paintings were sought after by American as well as European collectors and his patrons included the King of Italy. Andreotti combined his classical training with new techniques such as those used by the Impressionists.
