Photographs

Christie's upcoming New York Photographs sale on 4th and 5th October 2012 features 19th century, modern and contemporary photographs by such preeminent artists as Peter Beard, Robert Mapplethorpe, Andre Kertesz, Irving Penn, Pierre Dubreuil, Carlton Watkins, Diane Arbus, William Eggleston and many more.  The sale also features a special collection of photographs by Henri Cartier-Bresson, given as gifts by the artist to his printer, Voja Mitrovic.
