The serpentine cross-banded and hinged top with adjustable leather writing surface flanked by twin covered compartments, with a short drawer, on cabriole legs, stamped indistinctly 'I. DUBOIS' to the left underside, the majority of the mounts stamped with a 'C couronné poinçon'
