signed, numbered and stamped with foundry mark 'Archipenko 4⁄6 MODERN ART FOUNDRY. N.Y.' (on the side of the base)
bronze with brown patina
Height: 25 3⁄8 in. (64.5 cm.)
Conceived in 1936; this bronze version cast in 1961

Joseph Solomon, New York (probably acquired from the artist).
By descent from the above to the late owner.
