2 parts in one volume, octavo (186 x 110mm). 21 folding engraved plates (light worming in the inner margins at end affects text and plates slightly, fore-edge of first B6 cut away though with no loss of text, and fore-edge of first B7 slightly frayed). Contemporary sprinkled calf (neatly rebacked in calf to style). Provenance: Tittenhanger, Hertfordshire (manuscript inscription 'Tittenhanger Library' on preliminary pastedown, probably Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 1st Bt., M.P., 1649-1697; sold Sotheby’s London, Valuable Printed Books, 26-27 April 1982, lot 44, to:) — T.J.
