Handsome edition, with hand-coloured lithographs of the Austrian army mounted on blue paper. The work was issued in thirty-six parts and features lithography by Franz von Hauslab, a major innovator of chromolithography in cartography and the printing of topographic maps. Some copies also include a separately numbered 24-plate folio supplement that is not present here. Colas 1385; De Ridder 37-39; see J.
